About Yvan

As a real estate broker, the relationship he builds with people is what truly sets him apart from others. With his bachelor’s degree in psychology from McGill University and the ability to communicate perfectly in 3 languages (English, French, and Spanish), he will be your best ally in this endeavor.

Post university, he acquired 25 years’ experience in customer service and sales in some of Canada’s top telecommunications companies. He simultaneously co-founded an entertainment company where he was both the DJ and MC for hundreds of weddings and corporate events (including several for Canada’s Prime Minister). His ability to negotiate the best conditions for his clients, along with my adaptive communication skills, will greatly benefit you every step of the way in this transaction.

Born in Quebec and raised by immigrant parents in a multicultural neighborhood in the West Island of Montreal, he always loved hearing everyone’s unique and diverse stories. It helped define who he is today, and he continues to thrive on this. For over 15 years now, he has been a proud resident in the beautiful town of Ste Dorothee Laval with his wife, stepson, and dog Chico. He’s also a pretty good home cook. My wife and I first met Yvan at a home visit where he was representing the seller, we at the time were buyers without an agent. As we visited the home and asked many questions we quickly realized that Yvan was really passionate, knowledgeable, and very professional.
