Cindy’s passion for real estate began at a very young age. As a child, it was not uncommon to see her circling the open houses that interested her in the Saturday newspapers, then visiting them with her very patient parents on Sundays.

A strong negotiator, yet warm and approachable, Cindy understands that buying or selling a home, condo, or investment property can be intimidating at any stage of life. In this ever-changing market, Cindy’s clients can rely on the fact that she has their best interests at heart, treating them with empathy and compassion throughout the process.

A Montreal native, Cindy Davis knows what makes this city tick and has in-depth knowledge of many neighborhoods—from downtown Montreal to Côte Saint-Luc, the West Island, and beyond. In her free time, you can find her browsing real estate sites or checking out the latest market trends… just for fun!

Before deciding to turn her lifelong interest in real estate into a career, Cindy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University and a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Concordia University. She then spent many years perfecting her skills in marketing, communications, and journalism as an independent specialist for various newsrooms and community-based, nonprofit organizations in creative and managerial roles. These experiences laid the foundation for Cindy’s success in real estate and allow her to analyze and present properties in their best light.
