About Paul

As a lifelong Dorval resident, Paul prides himself on his expansive knowledge of the West Island.

After having completed his studies at Concordia University in 1989, Paul received a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning. Throughout his university years, Paul worked full time for a textile company which he eventually became an owner of. During his 23 years with ‘Special T Apparel’, he gained invaluable experience in management, production, operation, purchasing, and finance. Clients included such leading companies as Nike USA, Seagram’s, Bacardi USA, L’Oreal, Elizabeth Arden, and Avon.

His dedication to both his clients, and employees, ensured that their high standards were always met. With this experience, and his excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, he decided to pursue another passion of his, real estate. Paul joined the team at Royal LePage  in the fall of 2007, and has been a consistent top performer throughout this time.

Paul Owen and Monika Schumeth spent time with Barry and me two years ago telling us about Royal LePage and how they would work with us to sell our house. As it turned out the timing was not good for us and they understood. In January, Paul and Monika did put our house on the market and suggested an open house which as it turned out was not needed. They took care of all the paper work, helped us present the house for the photographer and set up appointments for viewing with agents and clients.
