Catherine joined the Broady Team in 2007 after teaching 5th grade for 6 years at Kuper Academy, a private school in the West Island. She has always had a strong interest in real estate, design, and renovation. She bought her first property in 2001 at the age of 23 and carried out the renovations herself with her then-partner. Since then, she has bought and renovated 5 properties with her husband, and together, they own 2 investment properties. Catherine has unparalleled skills when it comes to advising clients who wish to become real estate investors or undertake renovation projects.

Along with her brother Mark and mother Libby, she leads the Broady Team. Her impeccable organizational skills ensure that her team operates seamlessly. Catherine particularly enjoys working with families who are looking for more space, helping them achieve their goals of selling their current home while transitioning to a larger property that better suits their needs. She is a busy mother who has had to go through the same steps with her own family. She understands the reality and stress that sometimes comes with such transitions.
