Cindy’s passion for real estate began early. As a child, it was not uncommon to find her circling open houses of interest in the Saturday newspapers, and then visiting them with her very patient parents on Sundays.
A native Montreal-er, Cindy Davis knows what makes this city tick and has an in-depth knowledge of many neighbourhoods – from Downtown Montreal to Côte Saint-Luc to the West Island and beyond. In her spare time, she can be found scrolling real estate sites or checking out the latest market trends…for fun!
A strong negotiator, yet warm and approachable, Cindy understands that buying or selling a home, condo or investment property can be daunting at any stage of life. In this ever-changing market, Cindy’s clients can rely on her to get the job done while having their best interests at heart and treating them with empathy and compassion throughout the entire process.
Before deciding to turn her lifelong interest in real estate into a career, Cindy obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University and a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Concordia University. She then spent many years honing her marketing, communications and journalistic skills in various newsrooms, non-profit and community organizations in both creative and management capacities. These experiences laid the foundation for Cindy’s real estate success and enable her to analyse and showcase properties in their best light.
