Deborah’s involvement in real estate dates back to 1984 when she founded Groupe Newton with her parents, Nancy Sr and Ernest Newton, and her sisters Janice and Dale.
Her mother Nancy Newton Sr. is credited for Deborah’s innately intuitive business sense. Her strong leadership qualities and professional acumen account for her respected role as team leader and an invaluable source of advice for her colleagues. This accounts for the fact that during her tenure, Royal LePage Groupe Newton grew to become a network of more than 60 brokers — proof- positive of Deborah’s remarkable forward-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
As an exceptionally astute negotiator, she draws on her circumspect knowledge of real estate law and finance to prioritize the interests of her clients. Her personalized advice is always totally focused on their needs – be they buyers or sellers.
While this intensity of professional dedication can often be time-consuming, Deborah always finds the time to take part in local events and be there for the family she adores — her daughter Stacey and her grandchildren Kaylee, Nalah, Landen and Quentin, as well as for her son-in-law, Justin. An inveterate scuba diver, Deborah is a certified PADI Rescue Diver with more than 350 dives logged over the past 25 years. To recharge her batteries, she enjoys fishing for large-mouth bass with her partner Luc.
With mindful and heartfelt concern, Deborah embodies an irrepressible love of life, compelling her to give her very best, every day.
