About Holly

Holly Manderson fell in love with real estate when she purchased her first home in 2016. At the time she was 7 months pregnant with her first child, and like many, they were shopping for their first home. They were so lucky to fall upon our fantastic broker who happened to be the listing broker. She found the rollercoaster so exciting and challenging, and the thought of doing this everyday ignited a fire which led her to pursue a career in residential real estate. Since 2017 she finds herself still in love with what she does. Facilitating the process of buying and selling homes in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Montreal sectors, with step-by-step coaching and guidance throughout the entire real estate journey.

Starting off working in NDG, Montreal, Holly worked a few years getting to know Montreal and its active market. Meanwhile, owning a home in Ile Perrot, she decided to move my business closer to home. Since 2021 Holly has been servicing the Ile Perrot Island as well as Saint-Lazare, Valleyfield, and West Island. Having been raised in the West Island and now living and working in Ile Perrot, this provides her with the knowledge and confidence of being able to provide her expertise in different neighborhoods around the West Island, Ile Perrot Island and more.

Mom of two wonderful mini humans and wife to a supportive and strong husband. Currently still living In Ile Perrot. Dedicated to her clients, Holly is known for her fast and reliable response and availability.
