Lyne Arbec was born in Vaudreuil-sur-le-Lac, lived in Hudson for several years, and has now been residing in Saint-Lazare since 2007!
Her main fuel in everything she undertakes is definitely Passion. She spent 13 years in management positions in sales and human resources, where she not only ranked number 1 in sales for several years but was also awarded the “Passion Trophy” for her dedication to her work and employees.
At the same time, she discovered another passion: houses. She accumulated 20 years of experience in buying and selling real estate, antiques, construction, renovation, flipping, home staging, furniture finishing, and woodworking.
In order to raise their children at home, she and her husband Patrick, a professional woodworker, opened a store focused once again on her passion for houses. L’Atelier du Boulevard in Saint-Lazare was born, housing an antique shop with woodworking services and their family home under one roof. 13 years later, with constant growth in the business, a developing client base, and being featured in the press in the article “Déco en Cavale” as a top destination, she felt the need for a new challenge.
You probably guessed what she based her new career choice on! Her passion for houses!
Being a local, it was important for her to continue working in the region. Her association with Ellerbeck.ca was a natural fit, as Tania has been the family’s broker for 20 years now, and they share the same values and ethics!
With devotion, Lyne will guide you through every step of your transaction.
