Testimonials from Satisfied Clients
Our search of a condo began in mid-December. After a few visits to real estate developers and reluctant to the idea of buying new, we considered buying an already built condo. Since my husband and I aren’t very comfortable when it comes to real estate, we prefer dealing with an agency. On a late Sunday afternoon, we popped at Royal Lepage Ville-Marie on Monkland av. and met with Norman Deshaies. We had just tried at an other agency closed on weekends. Mr. Deshaies helped us through the whole process of finding a new home and made us feel confident and well guided at every step. His presence at several visits was very relevant: he asked questions that wouldn’t have even come to our minds! Thanks to his vigilance, we found the perfect condo for us! We also enjoyed his presence during the home inspection, it was reassuring. We are fully satisfied with the great service we had with the agency (and our agent) and we highly recommend it!
