Paul Desjardins has always had a passion for real estate and a love for Montreal. He has lived and owned homes in TMR, NDG, Westmount, Beaconsfield, and Montreal West where he currently lives with his wife and two children. Helping your mother sell the family home of 55 years is an important job and we needed the right person to guide us on this financial, personal and emotional journey. While I am aware there are many “super agents” out there (my term, not Paul’s), the most important decision from my standpoint was to find the one person who would best protect my mother’s interests at all times and somehow put together a transaction that would be fair and equitable for all parties long after the closing date. Put another way, it was not all about the money. This was not an easy assignment as we were dealing with a property that needed a lot of love and commitment from the next owners.
