My wife and I first met Yvan at a home visit where he was representing the seller, we at the time were buyers without an agent. As we visited the home and asked many questions we quickly realized that Yvan was really passionate, knowledgeable, and very professional. We left that visit extremely impressed, so much so that we hired Yvan shortly thereafter to not only represent us as buyers but also to rent our home.
