This fall, Kristin Landry, a dedicated Royal LePage Village broker, will embark on an inspiring journey to Cambodia as part of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation’s Trek Challenge. This life-changing adventure is more than just a physical challenge—it’s a mission to raise critical funds for women and children escaping domestic violence.
A Passion for Giving Back
Kristin is no stranger to pushing boundaries for a cause she believes in. In fact, this will be her
second trek, having first taken on the Sahara Desert in Morocco six years ago. Her commitment to supporting women extends beyond personal challenges; she actively raises awareness, supports fundraising events, and donates a portion of every real estate transaction to this vital cause. As a commissioned donor, Kristin ensures that every home she helps buy or sell contributes to the West Island Women’s Shelter, providing much-needed resources for those seeking safety. Her dedication is deeply personal—as a single mother raising two daughters, she understands the importance of both safe havens for survivors and education on conjugal abuse.
The 2025 Trek Challenge: A Journey with Purpose
In October 2025, Kristin will join a group of passionate Royal LePage Shelter Foundation supporters from across Canada to trek through the breathtaking landscapes of Cambodia. Participants in these treks have raised an astounding $51 million for local women’s shelters and domestic violence prevention programs. By participating in this trek, Kristin is taking action—raising both awareness and funds to ensure that women and children in crisis can find safety, support, and a fresh start.
