One of the two shareholders works approximately 16 hours
per week for the day-to-day operations of the micro-markets
and coffee-break (Tuesday and Thursday).
One of the two shareholders works about 4 hours a month on
administrative tasks.

Both shareholders wish to sell all assets related to
Pause-Café Concept. Following the transaction, it will be
possible to introduce the new owner to customers and
suppliers, as well as provide support and training for the

With a schedule of approximately 16 hours per week
